The idea of an interactive book for young children was initially developed by Roberta Pagnoni robertapagnoni.it , a leading contemporary children’s book illustrator. Her goal was to encourage young children to learn to count up to five by exploring a beautifully designed and interactive garden environment. This is how “Let’s Count to 5” was born.
A very natural and effective learning experience is provided, by allowing children to familiarize with elements of the natural environment, such as animals, flowers, and vegetables, and to be introduced to the concept of numbers by visual exploration and action-reaction approach.
From the technical point of view, “Let’s Count” is designed entirely with web technologies such as HTML5 / CSS3 JQuery animations and it was developed with Adobe Edge Animate and Phonegap.
The app is designed for preschool aged children (0-3 years old).
